Ruby Jean Tom RN, BScN, MEPN
Director of Nursing / Advanced Nurse Injector
Ruby is a dedicated Director of Nursing and Co-Owner of Fillosophié Cosmetic Clinic. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York University, Ruby has been a stalwart in the nursing field since her graduation in 2012. Her journey has been diverse, having worked across various units before finding her niche in intensive care units (ICU) in 2014
During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ruby's expertise shone brightly as she primarily served at Toronto General Medical Surgical ICU, demonstrating resilience and dedication to patient care.
Additionally, she was a crucial member of the critical response team, showcasing her ability to adapt and provide exceptional care amidst unprecedented circumstances. In 2020, Ruby ventured into the world of aesthetics, enrolling in Centennial College for Medical Esthetic Practitioner Nurses. Ruby immersed herself in comprehensive training sessions focused on botulinum neurotoxins and dermal filler injection techniques, guided by esteemed experts from Prollenium Technologies, Galderma, Clarion, and Merz Pharmaceuticals. She honed her skills in a range of treatments including skin care, lasers, botulinum neurotoxins brands like Dysport, Botox, Nuceiva, Xeomin, hyaluronic acid fillers like Revanesse, Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) fillers like Radiesse, and Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) fillers like Sculptra.
Additionally, she dedicated herself to training sessions in cadaver labs and workshops, further enhancing her expertise and ensuring precision in her practice. Ruby's commitment to professional growth is unwavering, as she is currently studying for her Family Nurse Practitioner masters program. For Ruby, aesthetics isn't just a profession; it's a passion that merges her love for art with her nursing expertise. Her philosophy revolves around "quality over quantity," emphasizing the subtle enhancement of natural beauty. She believes in the principle of "a little goes a long way," preferring to enhance features judiciously.
Off-duty, Ruby finds solace and joy with her supportive husband, three beautiful children, and her affectionate dog. Family time is her sanctuary amidst the hustle of professional life, providing her with a sense of balance and fulfillment beyond work.
Kayleigh McKellar-Fosbery
Director of Operations
Kayleigh is a dynamic professional with a multifaceted background, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Co-Owner of Fillosophié Cosmetic Clinic. With a solid foundation in fashion merchandising and marketing, Kayleigh honed her skills at Fanshawe College before embarking on a diverse career journey.
Her decade-long tenure in Toronto's vibrant hospitality scene, where she excelled as both a bartender and manager, garnered her numerous accolades and awards. Seeking new challenges, Kayleigh transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, leveraging her expertise as a Pharmacy Technician specializing in compounding for dermatological needs.
Driven by her passion for aesthetics, Kayleigh pivoted once again, assuming pivotal roles as a manager and Clinic Director across various medical spas. Committed to continuous growth, she dedicates herself to ongoing education, regularly pursuing courses in dermatology, aesthetics, and business management.

Reem is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and a proud graduate of Bryan College, Class of 2021. Since entering the field, she has been deeply passionate about helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Specializing in customized skin treatments and facials, Reem works with a wide range of concerns including acne, sensitivity, and signs of aging, while also offering rejuvenating, glow-enhancing experiences. She personalizes each treatment to ensure it aligns with her clients’ unique skin needs and goals.
