Terms and Disclaimer
Membership in our Members Only Program requires a minimum commitment of six (6) consecutive months. Monthly payments are non-refundable and will be deposited into your treatment bank for use toward eligible services at our clinic. Funds in your treatment bank have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.
Perks, complimentary services, and discounts vary by membership tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum) and are subject to change without notice. Complimentary services must be used within the membership period and cannot be carried over or exchanged.
Missed monthly payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits. Early cancellation before the 6-month term may result in forfeiture of any unused perks or funds in the treatment bank.
Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers unless otherwise stated. The clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
